Nugent Santé Recommend a Friend Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Nugent Santé, Nugent Santé customers and the referred customers involved with the referral program. To participate, all parties agree to the following terms and conditions.
What is the Nugent Santé Referral Scheme?
Nugent Santé referral scheme gives existing Nugent Santé customers the opportunity to be rewarded for introducing customers to use Nugent Santé as their Private Medical Insurance broker.
What will I be rewarded?
As an incentive for each new successful referral Nugent Santé will offer a £50.00 Amazon voucher.
Can I choose another alternative for my reward?
There is no cash alternative or any other alternatives for successful referrals.
How will I receive my reward?
The £50.00 Amazon Voucher will generally be sent to your email. If you do not have an email address, we can post the voucher to your chosen address within U.K.
What is the criteria to be a referee?
Must be over the age of 18.
Be an existing Nugent Santé customer with an active Private Medical Insurance policy.
You must have held the policy for at least 2 months.
You must have paid the premiums in full and on time.
Must not be a current or past employee of Nugent Santé or any of the Santé Group Subsidiary company.
What information do I need to give Nugent Santé for my referral?
For us to contact your referral we will need the following information: full name, email address, landline number or mobile number. In addition to this Nugent Santéwillneed consent from your referral to contact them.
If the referred individual contacts us, they must state to Nugent Santé who has referred them to use our service.
What is the requirement for the referred?
The referred individual must have paid at least the first 2 months premiums of the Individual Private Medical Insurance policy on time and in full.
If the referral fails to make the payment on time and in full, then then you will not be eligible for the reward.
If the referral pays the premium annually in advance, he must have been insured on the individual private medical insurance policy for at least 2 months.
The referred must take out a new medical insurance policy with Nugent Santé.
When will I receive my Reward?
Upon a successful referral you will be notified by Nugent Santé that you shall receive a £50.00 Amazon voucher within 30 days of the referral paying at least 2 months premium in full and on time. If within the 30 days waiting period, the referred decides to cancel the policy then you will not be eligible for the reward.
If the referral has paid annually for the premiums than you will need to wait for 2 months from the date of that the Private Medical Insurance Policy was purchased and an additional 30 days waiting period for the payment to be processed. If within the 30 days waiting period, the referral decides to cancel the policy then you will not be eligible for the reward.
Will I receive more if the referral chooses extra cover or more products?
Nugent Santé will only reward for the referral taking out private medical insurance cover. If the referred individual takes extra cover such as travel insurance or dental insurance, Nugent Santé will not be rewarding any further for arranging this cover.
Each referral will be checked to ensure they meet the full criteria. You will be notified by Nugent Santé if the referral meets the criteria.
Please note that it is upon the discretion of Nugent Santé to decide if the referral has been successful or not and that is final.
Nugent Santé will only reward you for the first year of introduction for the referral.
If any incorrect or false information is given by yourself or the referral you will not be entitled to the reward and be liable for any cost or loss incurred to Nugent Santé.
If either yourself or the referral is deemed to be fraudulent in any way you will not be eligible for the reward and be liable for the cost or loss incurred to Nugent Santé.
If the company is sold or is entered into any financial difficulties such as bankruptcy or entered administration the referral scheme will no longer be valid.
The referral scheme is subject to the above terms and conditions and may change so please seek for clarification and anything you are not sure about from your sales adviser.
